Over-pronouncing, etc.
Noticed he is not over-pronouncing his words as much, a bad habit he has that is usually more prominent at the beginning of speeches.
Big response for "make health care more affordable." Tax credits, "a community health center in every country," "health saving accounts," and "medical liability reform." Mostly free market type reforms, but the health center in every county?
